Sakura Powder and Flake
Flake on the left, powder on the right.My son's Japanese Teacher just came back from her hometown- Hokkaido. She was so kind and brought me these sakura flake and powder for my baking use. The powder can be use for cream mixing as well as topping for cappuccino and ice cream, or to use it as colouring for desserts. The flake can be used for cakes and many others. Looking forward to try them out!
