Cheese Buns 2 Ways

Cheese Ham Cheese





Besides the ham rolls, I also made some cheese bun from the same dough (Butter Roll). Thought have something sweet after the savoury choice. Our breakfast table seemed to have so many choices putting them all together. Must be our eyes played tricks on us!

Looks good! I've not made bread for the longest time! To make things worse, my weighing scale died and I can't bake as much as I want now.

I've been lazy too... plus school hols now!! Imagine all those screaming and yelling at home :P

Haha.... Yes, I can imagine that! MAy be you can do that after school reopen...

But u know what? I am very very interested to make the Japanese cheese cake that you've made!! I used to make very very light and smooth top Jpanese cotton cheese cake ( even after it's cooled). Just like the one selling at Fiesta. But I dono why now I can no longer make the same one. Of course, I hv not been making it for quite a long time. Think I've forgoten the important tricks to make the right cake... Sigh...
