This Kipper birthday cake I made for my little boy's 2 year old birthday last year. It was a butter cream cake with three flavours sponge- Vanilla, chocolate and coffee. I've been lazy, didn't even bother to buy a weighing scale now, that explains why I hardly bake now :P
