Rain-bowl Salad, Beef Stew with Mashed Potato

A complete meal filled with goodness.

                                               My lil' one call this a 'rainbow' veggie.

Love the mashed potato made with Maforna potato. It is just not the same.

With the addition of  Créme Fraiche the extra smooth and creamy was what I got from it. Missed it so so much!
