Anonymous,

You are absolutely right! In the cake decorating world, it is all about creativities. It can be any animals on the ark, as long as the birthday child likes it! Have an open mind in life, there is where you will become creative, and more good things will happen! God bless!

Beautiful as usual! You are really talented!

I finally made the baba rum dessert that you so kindly found for me :). It was deliscious. I had a little less sugar in my syrup though. Thanks for the recipe.

I have been busy lately as I just had a baby girl. She is 4.5 months now and I am very excited to bake with her.

All the best,

Mami

Hey Mami,

Big big congrats to you and your baby gal!! you must be very happy! Enjoy motherhood and have fun with her.

it's wise of you to cut down the sugar for the syrup, or else it's rather too sweet to enjoy the rum baba. Do post some pix of your baby gal if you are comfy with it. I would to see her too!

Thanks Lite Home Bake,

I guess most kids will play with the sugar animals, and the adults will eat the cake!

Alice,

I used palette knife simply cut in the sugar past lightly with those lines to create the wood effect.

thanks for your answer..guess its not just a matter of creativity or wat nots, in the bible, noahs ark did not have pandas and to put it as an animal in noahs ark , christians may take offence as it was documented in the bible what animals were in it

hope you dun mind my frank opinions..just my own cool sharing...

Hi anonymous ,

I never had the intention to offend any one/Christian over here in my baking blog. This is not a place where I wanna touch on religions ,neither am I a person who is sensitive toward it. Here and again, CAKE DECORATING is a free and creative world. We do what we feel it's good when we are in the process of it. Never had anything to do to upset anyone. I live a happy and free live. Not taking things hard for myself nor anyone. ......
If you are more into this cake field, you will find more INTERESTING ideas around , far more ' offending ' than my two cute little pandas in my Noah's ark!

Thanks for your sharing and I am good with your feedback. Have a great day!
