Lo Mai Gai . 糯米鸡

Since very young, I always like Lo Mai Gai. Never knew one day I would be able to make myself and family this Lo Mai Gai. I must thank Sonia ( Nasi Lema Lover) for sharing this delicious recipe. Hubby had never really been a fan of Lo Mai Gai, but he find this homemade one taste really good and he started to like it! The great thing about this is it took very little time to prepare. I often think that this is something very complicated and would take a long processing time before I could enjoy one.  I love to make this at home cause it's less oily!

As my helper had gone back home for her 3 week break, I started to plan to make something that I could freeze in the freezer and just heat it up for a quick and fuss-free meal since I am trying to avoid too many washing after each meal. Lazy me......... and of course I am also busy with my packing.
