Twinkle Matcha Star Bread




















I almost forgotten about the star bread tin I bought couple years ago. Was thinking of making something fancifull out of the usual loaves. Matcha azuki bread came to my mind..... So thought of giving it a try! Hubby and my precious not quite keen with azuki, so I made another mini swirl loaf. Using the same Matcha Azuki loaf recipe I have made in the past. Recipe that I really like and can just eat it as it's own.

I have never seen a start shaped baking pan, that is quite amazing. Your swirl buns and cakes look very yummy and there is no wonder your family go crazy over them.

Thanks. This bread recipe is really nice. the sponge is very smooth like cotton touch. It actually taste more to the sweet side. so I love it with butter. and my son just ate it plain. Hope you try out the recipe one day. I'm sure you will like it too. :)
