A friend of mine came back from France and we were invited to her new place for lunch so I baked this classic chocolate cake to bring over as our dessert, also her two little princesses like chocolate cakes! It's simple to make yet quite a flavourful cake to enjoy. We had it together with some fresh strawberries and it was heaven!!! I never been really a chocolate person, but yesterday's experience had changed my opinion a little towards chocolate cakes.
I used the recipe from
Martha Stewart's and I will stick to this as an when I crave or need a chocolate cake. And with this I shall join this month's
Aspiring Bakers #7 Chocolate Delight ( May 2011) before I go for my long holidays. As I know I won't have time after come back before the month ends!
